Sir Bradley Wiggins reveals his late drug-dealing father used to smuggle amphetamines in his nappies

He's one of the nation’s greatest Olympians and the first Briton to win the Tour de France. But Sir Bradley Wiggins has now opened up about his difficult childhood, confessing that his late father Gary, who walked out on the family when Bradley was two years old, was a drug dealer who used to smuggle amphetamines in his nappies. The sportsman made the shocking revelation on Radio 4's Desert Island Discs on Saturday, explaining that his dad 'did not fully see the responsibilities of having a child'.
