Heidi Montag is on the mend as she recovers from surgery that repaired a torn tendon in her right arm. The 28-year-old stepped out in LA on Thursday with her injured limb in a sling after revealing to Instagram fans that she had the procedure due to a work-out related injury.


Heidi's glossy blonde locks tumbled down in a straight and beachy hairdo, and she kept comfortable with a black tank top and matching velour trousers. She let her blemish-free complexion breathe with no make-up. Heidi seems to have remained upbeat throughout her healing process.
