Orange Is the New Black's Natasha Lyonne suffered a nip-slip on a Brazilian beach Wednesday alongside two of her bikini-clad co-stars.
The 36-year-old Emmy nominee was spotted rearranging her halter top after misjudging the strength of the São Paulo surf.
Coincidentally, Natasha just addressed the fact that she's never appeared topless onscreen last month.
'I always felt like saving my t**s for the right thing to come along, and it never happened,' the former wild child told Playboy.
'I would be more inclined to do a nude scene if it wasn't about sex.'
Lyonne - who used a breast double in Slums of Beverly Hills - regrets not doing nudity earlier.
